TITLE:Pulsed nanosecond discharges and their applications

Please join us for this exciting one hour seminar on Wednesday, June 11th at 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the DPI conference room.

Our presenter will be:

Dr. Andrey Starikovskiy, Research Professor, Associate Director of the Drexel Plasma Institute,
Director of the Experimental Plasma Laboratory

Abstract:

The high-voltage nanosecond discharge in wide pressure range develops
in the form of the streamer discharge and fast ionization wave. Both
types of the discharge produce non-equilibrium highly excited plasma.
Discharge development, plasma generation and applications of pulsed
nanosecond discharges in aerospace industry will be discussed.

Hope you are able to attend
